We ship to all country worldwide by using DHL eCommerce shipping service.

DHL eCommerce is a standard international mail. 

We do not provide express/ expedited shipping service because based on past experience, the customs inspection process is very strict and lot of the parcel had been hold by customs. 

Thus, we decided to ship by standard mail only to avoid issues with customs tax or regulation in your country (due to herbs or sexual products)

Standard shipping time is varies by country:

• United States : 8-15 business days
• United Kingdom : 10-20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand : 12-25 business days
• Europe countries : 12-25 business days
• Rest of the world : 12-30 business days

CUSTOMS TAX/ DUTY

In case of customs hold your parcels, the tax/ duty are customer's responsibility.

However, we always do our best to avoid your parcel from being held by the customs:

1. We ship by standard mail (customs inspection less strict)

2. We declare lower value of your parcel in customs forms to avoid customs tax

3. If you order in large quantity, we will usually ship them separately in smaller quantity per parcel
